HOME TRAINING PLAN-English version
Home Training Plan is the training program accessible to anyone, who wants to do some strength and conditioning training at home, it's planned for 3 sessions per week, with 2 difficulty levels to choose between beginner and advanced and with many progressions of intensity that allow you to improve through the time.
I have designed this specific training program to train at home which does not require the use of any particular equipment, but guarantees the opportunity to improve your training level safely over the 4 weeks.
